Decorating Looking for that final piece of the puzzle to set your product apart from all the rest. Let Pacific Packaging's sales consultants help you complete your package with custom decorating. Pressure-Sensitive Labels: Ideal for smaller orders or graphics with many colors, a pressure-sensitive label is a cost-effective way to customize your bottle or jar when you are first starting out. Labels can be cut from paper, vinyl, acetate, and Mylar/Polyester. Silk Screening: The most common type of decoration on plastic bottles, silk screening is a process in which ink is forced through treated screens to produce a thick and even print. Because each color is applied in a single pass, subsequent colors add to the overall decorating cost. Talk to a sales consultant about using half-tones to give the impression of more colors. Hot Stamping: Hot stamping is a dry printing process in which a die stamps a roll of foil into printed material, and heat releases the color from the foil to produce a permanent bond with the bottle or cap. Hot stamping foils come in metallic, holographic, high-gloss, and other materials and allow for looks that go beyond silk screening capabilities. Contact a sales consultant to discuss your artwork, and to get more information on minimum orders and other associated decoration charges. | Home | Our Products | FAQ | Bottle Basics | What's New | Customer Service |Specials | |
