Order Information

Minimum Order
Our minimum order on stock items is $50.00. This does not include freight. The minimum on items that are not in our stock vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. 

Shipping
Items that ship from our warehouse are FOB Pacific Packaging in Portland. Most items that ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer are FOB shipping point. Orders can be picked up at our warehouse Monday through Friday from 8:00-12:00 and from 1:00-4:00. See map for driving directions. Most small orders can ship out via UPS prepaid and add. Larger orders go out via LTL. 

Compatibility
Pacific Packaging does not guarantee compatibility of any of the containers or closures with the customer's product. Although our sales consultants will gladly make recommendations, it is the customer's ultimate responsibility to test their product with the container and closure that they choose. We will gladly provide samples for your testing.

Returns
Returns of stock items can be made within 30 days of purchase with a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns of special order items are subject to the manufacturer's approval. If you feel that you have to return a special order item, speak with a sales consultant to find out how to proceed.  

Damages
Great care is taken to ensure that your products arrive to you without damage. Inspect your boxes and product upon receipt. If your packages are damaged, contact UPS right away to place a freight claim. If your product shipped LTL, make sure you note any damage before signing for it.
